• Diving information: certification level, declared state of health ;

Note: No credit card data is requested or stored on the site; payments are finalized via an external link.

3. Purpose of processing

• Manage reservations and service logistics;
• Send confirmations, reminders and invoices ;
• Answering questions and providing customer support;
• Send newsletters and offers (with consent) ;
• Analyze site usage to improve user experience.

4. Legal basis (articles 6 and 7 of the LFPDPPP)

• Contract performance (purposes 1-2) ;
• Legitimate interest (purposes 3 and 5) ;

• History of reservations and invoices: 5 years (tax obligations) ;
• Mailing lists: until consent is withdrawn ;
• Medical questionnaires: 30 days after last dive, unless otherwise required.

7. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition – as well as portability or limitation – by writing to info@divewitheva.com.
Response time: 20 working days. In the event of disagreement, you may refer the matter to INAI.

8. Information security

We apply TLS encryption, role-based access controls and regular backups.

9. Minors

We do not collect data from persons under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent.

10. Cookies

We use essential technical cookies and analytical cookies;
advertising cookies only load after you have given your consent via the preferences management banner.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
